What is GRITLab?
A 7-week performance-driven program designed to sharpen technical ability, develop confidence with both feet, and improve overall athleticism.

2026-2027 GRITLab Programs
There are two GRITLab winter programs that will be offered during the 2026-2027 season:
-Junior GRITLab: A program designed for junior players (U8-U13) who are looking to develop their technical skills and build confidence on the field
-Advanced GRITLab: A program designed for high-level technical players competing in MLS Next, ECNL, and NAL leagues.

With a background in Human Talent Management and experience in administration, communication, and social media, Karen brings organization, creativity, and a
people-focused approach to her role.
