  • Coach Alambi “Lambo” Clarke Jr. brings over 15 years of coaching experience to the Maryland soccer community.

    As the Co-Founder of Touch Kings FC, he currently leads the 2012 Elite team and serves as the academy’s Technical Director, where he oversees player development, training standards, and competitive strategy.

    His coaching journey began in Prince George’s County and expanded through several respected programs. At Parkdale High School, he played a pivotal role in the JV team’s undefeated season and contributed to the Varsity team’s 2014 regional appearance. He continued to sharpen his coaching expertise through positions with Anne Arundel Soccer Association, Liverpool International Academy, Soccerdome Academy, and i9 Sports—mentoring hundreds of young athletes and building systems that shaped strong, confident players.

    Coach Alambi “Lambo” Clarke Jr. is more than a coach—he is a mentor, leader, and community builder. His lifelong dedication to soccer, from his decorated collegiate and professional playing career to his influential coaching roles, continues to shape the next generation of athletes.

  • Omar Abukar, a highly respected coach and mentor based in Prince George's County, has dedicated his career to developing elite soccer players in the Washington DC metropolitan area and beyond.

    As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Touch Kings Football Club (TKFC), Omar has played a pivotal role in fostering a pathway for top youth players to advance their careers from high school to college, national teams, and professional clubs worldwide.

    A graduate of Bowie State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Psychology, Coach Abukar has a wealth of experience coaching at various levels. He has served as an assistant coach at nationally ranked Community College of Baltimore County Essex men's soccer team for six years and has also worked as a consultant/scout for Major League Soccer academies DC United, NY Red Bulls, and Columbus Crew. Additionally, Coach Omar holds USSF C-license, football systems dissertation course from the University of Guadalajara, and FA level 1 & 2 coaching certifications.

  • Meet our Coach Na'Im 👋

    He is an accomplished football coach, performance specialist, and talent development leader with a UEFA B License earned through the German Football Federation (DFB).

    He currently leads Hybrid Football Club in the UPSL as Head Coach while overseeing player development structures that mirror top European academy environments.

    Na’im’s coaching approach is rooted in a holistic understanding of the athlete. With certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Nutrition, and Youth Fitness, combined with a professional background in sports performance and physical education, he integrates technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development into every stage of training.

    His methodology has proven highly effective over the past five years, he has guided more than 25 players to Division I college scholarships and played a direct role in helping five players secure professional contracts in Europe.

    Beyond coaching, Na’im has experience on the global stage as a women’s professional scout for European clubs, evaluating and recommending talent capable of competing at the highest levels of the game.

    He also served as Assistant Director at Revolution Sports Academy, where he contributed to program development, operations, and long-term youth pathways.

    As the CEO of Identity Hybrid, an organization active for over a decade, Na’im has built one of the region’s most consistent platforms for player development. Through Identity Hybrid, he has spearheaded innovative training systems, international pathways, and high-performance programs that have helped shape the careers of hundreds of aspiring athletes.

    His leadership blends deep experience in the youth landscape with the standards and expectations of top professional environments.

    With a foundation grounded in education, global scouting, and performance science, Na’im Bashir continues to position himself as a rising figure in American player development committed to elevating players to reach their highest potential.

  • Physical Education professional holding a degree in Physical Education and Pedagogy, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, and a specialization in Human Movement Education, complemented by a Diploma in International Sports Training from Universidad de Santiago de Chile.

    Brings over a decade of experience working in high-performance environments across professional and youth soccer, combining academic preparation with applied performance training and player development.

    Since 2009, has contributed to professional and elite youth development structures in Chile, serving as Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach with Deportes Iquique First Team and leading physical preparation programs for youth categories ranging from U14 to U19 within Deportes Iquique and Santiago Morning. Additional professional development includes an internship experience within the youth academy structure of Club Universidad Católica de Chile.

    Currently based in the United States, working with Touch King FC as a coach responsible for player development in the 2009 and 2018 age groups, focusing on technical growth, physical literacy, performance development, and character formation.

    Coaching philosophy centers on using soccer as a platform to develop disciplined, confident, and well-rounded athletes prepared for competitive pathways and long-term athlete development.

  • Born in Jamaica, Alambi Clarke Sr began his soccer journey representing the Jamaica National Team at the youth level, where his passion for the game first took root. After moving to Washington, D.C.,

    He became a standout player winning two DCAA Championships, earning Player of the Year honors twice, and being named to the All-Met First Team.

    He also represented the Maryland Select All-Star Team for two years.

    After an accomplished playing career, Alambi transitioned into coaching, first with Maryland Rush Soccer Club, before joining Touchkings FC.

    Today, Coach Clarke leads Touchkings with a mission to develop complete players technically skilled, mentally strong, and grounded in discipline.

  • Coach Mor Mboup is originally from Senegal, where he played semi-professional and professional soccer and served as a team captain for nine years for teams such as Diambars FC and Guédiawaye FC.

    He brings years of playing and coaching experience and a passion for youth development to Touch Kings Football Club. Mor currently coaches the 2013 and 2014 age groups and leads goalkeeper training for the club, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and building player confidence.

    Simple Goal:
    My goal as a coach is to share everything I know and all the experiences I’ve gained to help young players grow, learn, and reach their full potential on and off the field.

  • Coach Walter Avila is a dedicated soccer coach and player developer, currently associated with the Touchkings Football Club in Columbia, Maryland.

    Drawing from his background as a defender in collegiate soccer (CCBC Essex and Lycoming College), Walter brings a disciplined approach to the field.

    He specializes in improving individual technique, enhancing tactical awareness, and building a resilient team mentality.

    His coaching philosophy emphasizes hard work, discipline, and player empowerment, aiming to maximize both individual skills and overall team performance.

    Coach Walter simple goal is to instill confidence and foster a championship mentality in every player, guiding young athletes to reach their full potential on the field and succeed off it.

  • Meet Coach Darley 👋⚽️

    From growing up in Ecuador’s competitive football scene to coaching at the professional level, Coach Darley’s journey is rooted in experience, discipline, and a deep love for the game.

    As a player, he competed with top clubs including LDU (National Champions U10–U12), SD Quito, and ESPOLI, and represented Unidad Educativa Borja 3 in multiple international tournaments building a strong foundation in high-level competition.

    Today, he serves as an Assistant Coach & Scouting Specialist with Atlético de Madrid, where he focuses on tactical development, game intelligence, and helping players think faster and smarter on the field.

    Coach Darley is passionate about developing confident, creative, and intelligent players who truly understand the game not just how to play it, but how to read it.

  • Born and raised in Maryland, Coach Oscar discovered his passion for soccer at just seven years old and has been deeply connected to the game ever since.

    As a youth player, he competed at the travel level throughout his teenage years, developing a strong technical foundation, discipline, and a lifelong love for the sport particularly as a goalkeeper.

    Coach Oscar began his coaching career with the Soccer Association of Columbia (SAC) where he spent over a year and a half refining his skills and philosophy as a youth coach.

    He later joined TouchKings FC, where he has proudly coached for nearly three years, leading and mentoring the 2016 age group while supporting teams across the club.

    His coaching journey extends beyond local fields. Coach Oscar has also collaborated with the professional Spanish club Atlético de Madrid, assisting with their official youth camps in the United States.

    This invaluable experience further shaped his coaching approach, emphasizing passion, structure, and purpose in every session.

    As a proud parent of two young players in the club (2014 & 2016), Coach Oscar brings a unique perspective that bridges both the player and parent experience.

    His goal is to create an environment that is competitive, educational, and enjoyable where every child can grow with confidence.

    Driven by a mission to develop not only skilled and disciplined athletes but also resilient, inspired individuals, Coach Oscar is dedicated to helping young players love the game, believe in themselves, and reach their fullest potential on and off the field.

  • Coach Kevin is an ex collegiate athlete who played goalkeeper at St Mary’s College of Maryland. He completed 2 years there while being a Business Management major. While at St Mary’s Kevin maintained a 3.4 GPA as a student athlete who knew how to balance schools and sports simultaneously. As a former two-sport champion from Dr. Henry A. Wise, Jr. High School, he brings a proven winning mentality and strong athletic background to club. Coach Kevin started his coaching career while in college doing individual goalkeeper training for a local travel club. He’s now been at Touchkings for 3+ years being heavily involved on the 7v7 side of things.

    To me Touchkings means family. The club welcomed me with open arms fresh out of college and has helped me grow not only as a man but as a coach. Our main focus at the club is player development. Growing up I’ve always been a person to help others and give back no matter the circumstances. Touchkings has made it easy for me to continue my ways in a form that I love which is Soccer.
